Mahtab is a first-generation college graduate from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business & Information Systems. She has held various positions across the financial industry focusing on technical Product & Project Management and using technology to solve business problems.

Mahtab has a passion for serving others where she can help others be their best self. She continues to mentor college students through their academic journey and is continuously involved in internship and co-op programs at whichever firm she’s at.

In her free time, you can find Mahtab volunteering at her local animal shelter, playing her guitar, enjoying time with her friends and family, or traveling.
