Maria Ravelo, an Ecuadorian native based in New York, leads the Product Management organization for Pricing and Reference Services and Tick History at London Stock Exchange Group – LSEG. She has over 20 years of experience within the financial industry. Maria has a well-rounded background with previous roles in technology, client relationship, pre-sales and content management. She works closely with market participants to understand the financial sector landscape and challenges and builds solutions that meet the industry needs and embraces its evolution.

Maria is the Global Co-Chair of the LEAD (Latinos for Empowerment and Development) Network at LSEG. The LEAD Network has a global footprint in the US, Latam, EMEA and Asia and is dedicated to increasing the representation and advancement of Latinos within LSEG by developing competence and advocating for behavioral change to create an inclusive environment.

She is also an active collaborator with Latino Professional Development Organizations and strongly believes that her advocacy will create positive impact for the broader community and inspire the younger Latino generations.

She lives in NJ with her husband Brian, three children Daniel, Amanda and Vanessa and dog Chewy. Her weekends are spent cheering her kids on the sidelines of soccer and field hockey.
