A First Generation College Student himself, Nick focuses on giving back to the students. Since graduating, he's helped over 100 students with resume revisions, interview prep, and coaching in securing full-time jobs. He's also given back to the community by being an advocate for Latino Professionals by giving talks at Rider University, NJIT, Bristol Myers Squibb, and non-profit events.

Nick currently works as a Program Manager for a Clinical Trial Software startup, Medable Inc. As a startup, they are valued at ~$3B and based in Palo Alto, CA. After work, Nick is pursuing his masters degree in Data Science & Machine Learning at Stevens Institute of Technology and enjoys physical activity such as soccer, hiking, and making arepas (the Colombian kind!)
