He has a demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and bringing corporate visions to life, from concept through implementation and sustainability.

With a variety of leadership experiences across multiple teams, Ricardo is a strong believer that the core principles of successful leadership are strategy, empathy, commitment to the team, and execution. Ricardo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Executive Master of Science in Technology Management at Columbia University in the City of New York.
